Ingredients

100 ml milk
1 banana
1 handful of blueberries
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp of honey
Our brilliant breakfast banana smoothie recipe is ideal for a quick, simple and tasty breakfast treat - and easy enough to make with little helpers.

Instructions

1.Peel the banana and chop into pieces
2.Add the banana, blueberries and oats into a blender or smoothie maker container
3.Drizzle over the honey and pour in the milk
4.Blitz it all together and enjoy

This smoothie tastes great and will keep the little ones full of energy (sorry in advance). Bananas and blueberries contain plenty of  essential vitamins, a touch of honey adds some extra sweetness and the oats keep little tummies full until lunchtime!
