Ingredients

150 ml of whole milk
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 banana
2 handfuls of kale
1 handful of spinach
1 tsp of flax seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
This smoothie is absolutely packed with vitamins and minerals!

Instructions

1.Peel the banana and chop into pieces
2.Chop up the spinach and kale
3.Add the banana, blueberries, kale and spinach into a blender or smoothie-maker container
4.Drizzle over the honey and add the flax seeds and almond butter
5.Pour over the milk
6.Blitz it all together and enjoy
