Ingredients

150ml low-fat milk
1 banana
3 handfuls of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of spinach
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
This tasty smoothie is great for providing that post-workout energy boost and also contains ingredients designed to help speed up recovery.

Instructions

1.Peel and chop the banana
2.Place the banana, blueberries, raspberries and spinach into a blender or smoothie-maker container
3.Add the almond butter, honey and milk
4.Blitz it all together and enjoy
