Ingredients

5 tbsps plain yoghurt
4 ice cubes
1 banana
1 small handful bluberries
1 small handful of strawberries
1 small handful of raspberries
This Super Berry smoothie is ideal for getting little helpers involved.

Instructions

1.Peel the banana and chop into pieces
2.Hull the strawberries and chop in half
3.Place the banana, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries into a blender or smoothie-maker container
4.Pour over the yoghurt and add the ice cubes
5.Blitz it all together and enjoy

This delicious berry smoothie is both sweet and nutritious – ideal for the little ones. Packed with vitamins and nutrients and very easy to make, it’ll provide a burst of energy that isn’t crisps and chocolate and keeps the kids occupied during the holidays for a few minutes! Enjoy.
