150ml full fat milk | |
1 banana | |
1 handful of strawberries | |
1 handful of blueberries | |
1 small handful of raspberries | |
1 tbsp goji berries | |
1 handful of spinach | |
2 tbsp breakfast oats | |
1 tbsp mixed seeds | |
1 tbsp chia seeds | |
2 walnuts | |
1 brazil nut | |
1 tsp honey |
1. | Peel the banana and chop into pieces |
2. | Hull the strawberries and chop in half |
3. | Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and banana into a blender or smoothie-maker container |
4. | Add the spinach, the oats and nuts and seeds |
5. | Drizzle over the honey and add the milk |
6. | Blitz it all together and enjoy |
