Ingredients

150ml full fat milk
1 banana
1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of blueberries
1 small handful of raspberries
1 tbsp goji berries
1 handful of spinach
2 tbsp breakfast oats
1 tbsp mixed seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 walnuts
1 brazil nut
1 tsp honey
Berries for a boost, oats and nuts for slow release energy and a few added extras like spinach and honey to really cram the goodness in!

Instructions

1.Peel the banana and chop into pieces
2.Hull the strawberries and chop in half
3.Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and banana into a blender or smoothie-maker container
4.Add the spinach, the oats and nuts and seeds
5.Drizzle over the honey and add the milk
6.Blitz it all together and enjoy

The oats – alongside the milk and honey – give this smoothie a particularly “breakfast-y” feel, with the berries and spinach providing a whole host of added goodness and flavour! Definitely one for the mornings to keep you going until lunchtime.
