Ingredients

200ml of almond milk
1 avocado
1 banana
1 small handful of kale
1 tsp of honey
A highly nutritious, vitamin rich smoothie to give you a boost when you need it most!

Instructions

1.Remove the skin and stone from the avocado and chop in pieces
2.Peel the banana and chop into pieces
3.Put the avocado, banana and kale into a blender or smoothie-maker container
4.Drizzle over the honey
5.Blitz it all together and enjoy
