Ingredients

50ml of water
2 tbsp of yoghurt
1 mango
1 pear
1 apple
1 lime
Vitamins, minerals and a whole lot of goodness.

Instructions

1.Peel, de-stone and chop up the mango
2.Peel, core and chop up the pear
3.Peel, core and chop up the apple
4.Put the mango, apple and pear pieces into a blender or smoothie-maker container
5.Cut 1 lime in half and squeeze the juice over the other ingredients
6.Add the yoghurt
7.Blitz it all together, serve and enjoy.

Mango, known as the “king of fruits” in some parts of the world, is low in calories and very high in vitamins A and C.
