Ingredients

3 tbsps of yoghurt
1 apple
1 pear
1/4 cantaloupe melon
1 handful of raisins
Full of goodness and incredibly sweet - the kids will love it!

Instructions

1.Peel the apple and remove the core, then chop into pieces
2.Peel the pear and remove the core, then chop into pieces
3.Chop 1/4 from a cantaloupe melon, remove the skin and chop into pieces
4.Put the apple, pear and melon into a blender or smoothie-maker container
5.Sprinkle over the raisins and add the yoghurt
6.Blitz it all together and enjoy
7.(why not add a few ice cubes to cool it down)

This thick, naturally sweet and yet incredibly healthy smoothie is great for boosting energy levels in your little people. Simple and fun to make together, it might even substitute a snack or two until dinner time.
