This thick, naturally sweet and yet incredibly healthy smoothie is great for boosting energy levels in your little people. Simple and fun to make together, it might even substitute a snack or two until dinner time.
3 tbsps of yoghurt | |
1 apple | |
1 pear | |
1/4 cantaloupe melon | |
1 handful of raisins |
1. | Peel the apple and remove the core, then chop into pieces |
2. | Peel the pear and remove the core, then chop into pieces |
3. | Chop 1/4 from a cantaloupe melon, remove the skin and chop into pieces |
4. | Put the apple, pear and melon into a blender or smoothie-maker container |
5. | Sprinkle over the raisins and add the yoghurt |
6. | Blitz it all together and enjoy |
7. | (why not add a few ice cubes to cool it down) |
