Ingredients

100ml orange juice
100ml water
2 handfuls of grapes
1 kiwi fruit
1 pear
Get the kids eating healthy with a simple, sweet, nutritious treat.

Instructions

1.Peel the kiwi fruit and chop into pieces
2.Peel the pear, remove the core and chop into pieces
3.Add the kiwi fruit, pear and grapes into a blender or smoothie-maker container
4.Add a few glugs of orange juice and water
5.Blitz it all together and enjoy

With only a few ingredients, this smoothie is so easy to make with the little ones, yet tastes great! It contains large amounts of vitamin C, is packed with antioxidants and is a great source of fibre. Why not give it a go!
