100ml orange juice | |
100ml water | |
2 handfuls of grapes | |
1 kiwi fruit | |
1 pear |
1. | Peel the kiwi fruit and chop into pieces |
2. | Peel the pear, remove the core and chop into pieces |
3. | Add the kiwi fruit, pear and grapes into a blender or smoothie-maker container |
4. | Add a few glugs of orange juice and water |
5. | Blitz it all together and enjoy |
