Ingredients

150ml of water
1 apple
1 kiwi fruit
1 pear
Easy to make, easier to drink! Light, refreshing and amazing.

Instructions

1.Peel the apple, remove the core and chop into pieces
2.Peel the pear, remove the core and chop into pieces
3.Peel the kiwi fruit and chop into pieces
4.Put the apple, pear and kiwi fruit into a blender or smoothie-maker container
5.Pour in the water
6.Blitz it all together and enjoy

Refreshing, light and packed full of vitamins and antioxidants. Free from dairy, gluten and nuts.
