1. | Peel the apple, remove the core and chop into pieces |
2. | Peel the pear, remove the core and chop into pieces |
3. | Peel the kiwi fruit and chop into pieces |
4. | Put the apple, pear and kiwi fruit into a blender or smoothie-maker container |
5. | Pour in the water |
6. | Blitz it all together and enjoy |
