100ml chilled strong coffee
100ml milk
1 banana
2 tbsp of rolled oats
Bursting with energy and full of nutrition, this coffee smoothie will soon have you raring to go for the day ahead.

Instructions

1.Peel and cut 1 banana into small pieces
2.Add the banana, coffee, milk and rolled oats into a blender or smoothie-maker container
3.Blitz it all together, serve and enjoy
