Ingredients

100ml of coconut water
5 ice cubes
1 orange
1 lime
1 tsp of goji berries
1 tsp of sunflower seeds
This seriously citrus smoothie is.... well... seriously citrus-y.

Instructions

1.Peel the orange and split into segments
2.Peel the lime and chop into pieces
3.Add the orange and lime into a blender or smoothie-maker container
4.Sprinkle over the goji berries and sunflower seeds
5.Pour over the coconut water and add the ice cubes
6.Blitz it all together and enjoy

Oranges, limes and goji berries all contain significant amounts of vitamin C, which may help to boost your immune system and protect against atherosclerosis (plaque build-up in your arteries, narrowing them). Coconut water contains natural electrolytes and actually rivals many sports drinks for content, without the added colours and extra flavours. For their size, sunflower seeds pack quite a nutritious punch, containing large amounts of copper, manganese, and selenium.
